The original Dewey’s American Grill opened February 13, 2001 in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The founders, Brad Brallier and Bob Knoll, wanted to create a fun atmosphere that provided a local tavern feel offering high quality food and beverage with an emphasis on quality service. Dewey’s uses the finest ingredients in all of our food and drinks and offers generous portions at a great value. Excellent food and drink specials are offered daily.
